A: It depends on the product! In most cases, we source our ingredients and raw materials from their best-known locales around the world, and work with local growers and producers to support the health and prosperity of their local economies. It’s easier on our planet, and ensures you get the best possible supplements, superfoods, and beauty products. In other cases, our ingredients and materials are sourced and produced right here in the USA.


  • Why can’t I buy Means Book Naturals products in store?

A: We don’t currently sell our products via traditional retailers because it helps keep our overhead low, and that means you get the lowest possible prices. We want you to feel great without breaking the bank!


  • How do I cancel or modify an order that was just placed?

A: If you act fast, our Customer Care Team can help you modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. Unfortunately, if an order has already been processed, we can’t make any changes.   • What is your return policy?

A: At Means Book, when we say Third-party Tested, this is when one of our dietary supplements is tested by an organization that is not in partnership with or owned by Means Book (the third-party) to verify the product against label claims.


  • How long does it take to receive my item?

A: Free shipping within the United States. It generally takes about 3 working days for order processing and preparation, and the shipping time is usually within 5-8 days.


  • Why is my product not eligible for return?

A: Thank you for reaching out and for your recent purchase. We do not process exchanges and our records show that your purchase was a “final sale” item making it ineligible for return, as stated on our website. We appreciate your business and apologize for the inconvenience.
